Under the Australian Consumer Law, customers are only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees. Unfortunately, "ENTERUSER" ("USER"), does not accept refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. It is possible to cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled yet. All orders have a two week window where customers are able to contact "USER" via email@example.com for any exchanging needs, as well if there's any issues regarding quality or incorrect items being received. Please note, exchanges depend on stock availablity, if there's no stock available at the time, "USER" may be able to assist for future needs.
"ENTERUSER" ("USER") reserves the right to provide or decline refunds where necessary. Each situation will be judged on a 'case-by-case' basis.
All orders that are not pre-orders will ship within 3-5 business days from ordering VIA AU Post unless specified elsewhere.
